1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using EPGMaster.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EPGMaster.ai provides IPTV playlist management, EPG generation, XMLTV generation, metadata processing, Xtream API integration, channel mapping, logo handling, and related automation tools.

EPGMaster.ai does not provide IPTV subscriptions, television channels, streams, movies, series, live events, or broadcast content.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, use, import, process, and manage any content, playlists, IPTV credentials, or third-party services connected to EPGMaster.ai.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• Access or redistribute unauthorized television, video, or media content;
• Upload or connect illegal IPTV sources;
• Sell, resell, or distribute unauthorized streams or media;
• Abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform;
• Upload malicious code, scripts, or harmful content.

4. Third-Party IPTV Sources

The Service may allow users to connect third-party IPTV providers, M3U playlists, Xtream API credentials, XMLTV sources, logos, and metadata services.

EPGMaster.ai does not control, verify, endorse, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, availability, or reliability of any third-party IPTV source or provider.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether any third-party IPTV service or content source is lawful in their jurisdiction.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

EPGMaster.ai respects copyright and intellectual property rights. The platform must not be used to process, organize, access, or redistribute content that the user is not legally authorized to use.

EPGMaster.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are alleged or found to be involved in copyright infringement or unlawful content distribution.

6. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of playlists, configuration data, metadata, mappings, and other content you upload or connect to the Service.

You grant EPGMaster.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, cache, transform, and display such data solely as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify EPGMaster.ai immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of EPGMaster.ai may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

EPGMaster.ai may modify pricing, subscription plans, or available features with reasonable notice.

9. API Usage and Fair Use

EPGMaster.ai may provide API access subject to usage limits, rate limits, and fair use restrictions.

Excessive, abusive, automated, or unauthorized API usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of access.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EPGMaster.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, compatibility with all IPTV providers, or permanent availability of imported data.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use EPGMaster.ai to:

• Operate an illegal IPTV service;
• Distribute or resell unauthorized media content;
• Facilitate copyright infringement;
• Bypass access controls or digital rights management;
• Misrepresent EPGMaster.ai as a content provider;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

12. Termination

EPGMaster.ai may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create legal or operational risk, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

EPGMaster.ai makes no warranties regarding the legality, availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party IPTV sources, playlists, metadata, logos, or external services connected by users.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPGMaster.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, service interruptions, provider outages, copyright disputes, or third-party content issues.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPGMaster.ai, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your connected IPTV sources, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

EPGMaster.ai may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
